Salad with chicken fillet in oranges

Light salad in a refined serving. It will intrigue everyone! The combination of all components is amazing! This is my favorite salad in the world. It's not even a salad - it's a real treat! I saw this beauty at a non-classical wedding. The lovers then flew in a balloon, and the guests were treated to unusual dishes and danced under cozy awnings in nature, waiting for them to return. These portions of salad in oranges were one of the most delicious snacks on that holiday! Of course, I couldn't help but take a recipe for myself.

1. Boil chicken fillet, cool and finely chop.
2. Wash the oranges, scald with boiling water and zig-zag cut each with a small knife in a circle (see photo).
Make a little scroll and divide the two halves. Surprisingly, this is very easy to do. An orange easily splits into two parts.
3. Peel the orange halves from the pulp. Remove the films from the pulp and put the pulp cleaned in this way into a salad bowl.
4. Add finely chopped chicken fillet to the pulp of oranges.
5. Cut cucumbers and red pepper into small strips, add to the salad bowl with fillets and oranges.
6. Be sure to add salt!
7. Add mayonnaise, mix.
8. Put the finished salad in the peeled halves of oranges.
9.Bon appetit!
