We start by dissolving salt and granulated sugar in warm water. Now sift the flour, mix it with dry yeast, add water to the mixture and knead the dough for at least 5 minutes. Then leave the dough to infuse for an hour in a warm place. Now we take out the dough, divide it into 4 equal parts. Then we take one part of the dough, roll out a circle from it, smear it with oil and twist the two opposite edges to the center. Now we turn the resulting rectangle seam down and roll it into a rectangle 10 by 25 centimeters. Now we transfer the resulting product to a baking sheet. We do the same with all the pieces of dough. After that, sprinkle our semi-finished bread with poppy seeds, sesame seeds, cheese, put the baking tray in a preheated 180 degree for 30-35 minutes.
