When guests come to me, I remember this culinary recipe – salad "Nice". Extremely soft, extremely delicious and quite original. Everyone loves him – both home and guests. Friends, when we are going on holidays, directly order it for me. I, however, will add something new there every time, they will not notice, but only praise the food.

So, let's cook this yummy! Let's take the tuna out of the jar and throw it into a colander so that the oil is glass and we can mash it. Boil the potatoes. Let's cool it and cut it into cubes – it's more beautiful and convenient, and cut the onion into rings. Cut each tomato into eight pieces.

Oh, I forgot! Beans!! We will pre-soak it in water for a few hours, and then boil it a little in salted water. When the beans are ready, we will pour cold water over them and also throw them into a colander so that the water runs off.

Cut anchovies. Let's clean the salad, wash the leaves and dry them. When we were cooking potatoes, I think we didn't forget to boil eggs, too? Peel them and cut them into four pieces.

Then mix vinegar and salt with pepper and pour olive oil into the mixture. Chop the parsley finely and add it there.

And now the main thing is to mix all the ingredients in a large bowl, except eggs, pour all the dressing, spread the salad on lettuce leaves and decorate this beauty with eggs.
