Chaman

Spices can be bought in the store, but homemade is much tastier! Chaman is a spicy spice for a wide variety of food - from vegetable salads to meat, as well as for drinks such as tea and coffee. I have been cooking this spice for several years and now I will share with you its culinary recipe.

Cooking method

Cooking time: 12 h 30 min
We begin cooking chaman by pouring water into a small saucepan and boiling it. After that, we cool the water to about 30 degrees. Now we gradually add fenugreek to the water, not forgetting to stir constantly until our mixture reaches the same consistency as the usual Russian mustard. Now let this mixture cool completely and then add the remaining chaman ingredients listed above. After that, mix everything until smooth, cover and set aside for about half a day (12 hours) in the refrigerator. After this time, we take out our frozen spice and break it into pieces. You can use the spice for its intended purpose.
