So, we begin the preparation of a cheese roll by placing a piece of hard cheese in a bag for freezing food and then lowering it into boiling water for about 20 minutes. This must be done in order for the cheese to become soft.
After that, we roll out the softened cheese on the table like dough, lay out the ham slicing on it in an even layer.
Now mix the melted cheese with butter, chopped parsley, salt and pepper the mass, add finely chopped garlic and distribute all this mass over the slicing. Crumble boiled eggs on top of this mass.
Now we wrap the layer with a thick roll, wrap it in plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator for a couple of hours. After this time, we remove the film, cut the roll into pieces and serve it to the table on a platter.
