Step 1:
How to make a Lean salad from fresh mushrooms? It is done simply. Wash the mushrooms and peppers well.

The spices include: onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt, dry dill, red bitter pepper, oregano, a mixture of Italian herbs, mushroom soy sauce (you can take the usual one). Mix vegetable oil with vinegar (2:1), pour over the salad, leave for an hour to marinate, stirring from time to time.

I think this salad is very original in the sense that fresh mushrooms are used for its preparation, which are not subjected to pre-heat treatment. I liked this option, so I advise everyone to prepare this salad. This dish can be attributed to low-calorie, lean and dietary. After it, lightness remains in the stomach, although a feeling of satiety is present. To complete the culinary image of a dietary salad, I served it with crackers made from black bread of my own preparation. I just took yesterday's black bread, cut it into small squares and baked it on a baking sheet in the oven to the desired state. With them, the salad turned out to be simply gorgeous. And my husband added crackers directly to the salad plate. I advise you to try this option. I sometimes practice proper nutrition, so I will add this recipe to my piggy bank of PP recipes, I think it is just right for such a case!
Buy fresh mushrooms of medium size, snow-white color without spots, damage, rot smell. They should not be slippery to the touch. Thoroughly rinse the mushrooms from the ground under a stream of warm or cold water. Cut out the damaged places, if there are any. Miniature mushrooms up to 2 cm in size do not need to be cleaned at all, it is enough to rinse them well. Larger champignons are recommended to be cleaned from films.
Since the degree of salinity, sweetness, bitterness, sharpness, acid, burning is individual for everyone, always add spices, spices and seasonings, focusing on your taste! If you put some of the seasonings for the first time, then keep in mind that there are spices that it is especially important not to shift (for example, chili pepper).
