There are a lot of full-fledged proteins in the liver, which are in an easily digestible form. It is also full of vitamins: A, C, group B, D, folic acid, calcium. In addition, cod liver contains minerals and trace elements such as calcium, zinc, phosphorus, sodium, magnesium, iodine, potassium, iron, copper. The liver is especially useful for the prevention of anemia. It helps to strengthen the immune system, improve the functioning of the cardiovascular system, reduce blood pressure, normalize heart rate. Therefore, it is not only possible to eat such a valuable product, but also necessary.
The proposed snack recipe is not difficult to prepare, it takes very little time. And a set of ingredients is available to everyone.
1. Put the cod liver in a bowl. Pour the liquid into the same bowl. If you do not use canned juices, you will need more mayonnaise, and this is unnecessary. The liquid will make the filling juicy and delicious. Knead the liver with a fork.
2. Hard-boiled eggs. To do this, we put them in a small saucepan, pour water, send them to the fire. When the water boils, we mark the time. Cook for exactly 6 minutes. Then we put the eggs in a bowl with cold water.
3. Peel the eggs from the shell, cut into small cubes. We put it in a bowl with liver. Pickles are also cut into cubes, but not large. All components must be proportionate to each other.
4. Peel a small onion from the shell, cut into cubes. My dill, dry it. Cut finely. Put the onion and dill in a bowl with the rest of the ingredients. Salt to taste, add quite a bit of mayonnaise.
5. Mix the filling well, fill the tartlets with it. We serve it on the table immediately. If the snack stands, the tartlets will get wet. Therefore, it is necessary to fill them with stuffing immediately before serving. Of course, it would not be superfluous to decorate the dish with fresh herbs.
