Cooking method
To make a vanilla cocktail, you need to use a powerful blender to beat 150 g of ice cream with 100 ml of milk and a pinch of vanilla sugar.
Important:
- take high-quality ice cream without additives and fillers
- boiled, chilled or pasteurized milk will be required
- vanilla sugar can be replaced with vanilla, but then the proportions are significantly smaller. Vanillin per serving needs literally a few crystals. You can use natural vanilla (the inner part of the pod), the proportions as with vanilla. Natural vanilla has a mild, but still strong taste.
The finished cocktail is whipped, until a homogeneous state and the appearance of a lush foam must be poured into a cup, supplemented with a straw and decorated to your taste.
