Cooking method
1. Peel a piece of melon, cut into cubes. Wash the peach, remove the stone, remove the skin, cut the pulp arbitrarily. Peel the banana, cut into pieces. A small piece of ginger is cleaned.
2. We put all the prepared ingredients into a blender bowl, add vanilla extract and cashews, whisk until a homogeneous puree, then adjust the consistency with the help of melon juice, whisk again.
Pour the smoothie into a glass, sprinkle with chia seeds and serve.
