Step 1:
How to make a nutritious green smoothie from avocado, kiwi and celery with apple juice? Everything is very simple. First, take the necessary ingredients from the list. You can use apple juice with or without pulp. You can also optionally replace apple juice with grape or grape-apple juice.
Step 2:
Cut the avocado in half lengthwise, remove the stone, then peel. It is better to adhere to this order: first remove the bone, and then clean it. Because if you first peel the fruit, it will become too slippery and when you try to remove the stone, you can cut yourself. Cut the pulp into small slices.
Step 3:
Peel the kiwi and cut into small cubes.
Step 4:
Wash the celery stalks and cut into small slices.
Step 5:
Put avocado, kiwi and celery in a blender bowl. Pour in the apple juice. Whisk everything together until puree-like. You can use an immersion blender instead of a stationary one. Sugar is not usually added to this smoothie, but you can add a little honey if you want.
Step 6:
I got a homogeneous viscous, but fluid mass. The viscosity of the drink can be adjusted to your liking by adding or reducing the amount of apple juice.
Step 7:
Smoothie is ready! Pour it into glasses and immediately serve it to the table. Enjoy your meal! P.S. I don't cook smoothies as often as I would like. And I have always given preference to drinks based on fruits and berries. However, I liked this smoothie so much that I now cook it almost every other day.
The most important thing is to choose the right kiwi and avocado. Ripe fruits should not be hard, but also not very soft. When pressed, the skin springs slightly, does not push into the fetus.
Since the degree of salinity, sweetness, bitterness, sharpness, acid, burning is individual for everyone, always add spices, spices and seasonings, focusing on your taste! If you put some of the seasonings for the first time, then keep in mind that there are spices that it is especially important not to shift (for example, chili pepper).
