Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Peel the ginger and grate it on a fine grater. I don't cut it on purpose, but I rub it very carefully so that ginger juice steamed with pulp oozes through these small pointed holes, which will give the drink a richer taste.
Step 2:
We send 2 teaspoons of dried chamomile to ginger.
Step 3:
Squeeze the juice out of the lemon and cut the rest into small pieces. It is these pieces that we add to the kettle.
Step 4:
Add a healthy dried apple to this healthy mixture to add flavor and aroma.
Step 5:
Pour this fragrant mixture with boiling water.
Step 6:
Let it brew for 10 minutes.
Step 7:
Pour the tea through a sieve and enjoy the wonderful aroma.
Step 8:
When the tea cools down a little, you can add honey or sugar, if you don't use honey, and lemon juice to taste and if desired. Honey should not be added to a very hot liquid, because it loses some of its useful properties.
Step 9:
Instead of lemon, you can add sea buckthorn, ground with sugar – 1 or 2 teaspoons. To get rid of the seeds and peel, I pass it through a sieve.
Step 10:
Be healthy, drink to your health! If there are contraindications or individual intolerance to some ingredients, be careful, you can add or exclude something. The main thing is that you feel great.
