Step 1:
I prepare the necessary products for making a drink.
Step 2:
Carrots peeled and diced.
Step 3:
Apple peeled and diced.
Step 4:
Split the orange in half and squeezed the juice out of the halves.
Step 5:
I pour squeezed juice with orange pulp into the bowl of the mixer, I added chopped carrots and an apple there, and half a tablespoon of flax seeds.
Step 6:
Whisk first in pulsation mode, and then at a slow speed until smooth.
Step 7:
I pour carrot smoothie with apple and orange into glasses. Sprinkle a pinch of flax seeds.
Step 8:

You can adjust the ratio of ingredients for this recipe to your liking, and if the drink turns out to be too thick, you can dilute it with mineral water.
