It won't take a lot of effort and time to prepare a dish. Just 20 minutes - and voila! Yogurt is better to choose a fat-free classic, without fillers. Protein can be taken with the taste of your favorite fruits, such as strawberry. It turns out very tasty!
1. Peel the banana, cut in half lengthwise.
2. Pour low-fat Greek yogurt into a small bowl, pour protein here.
3. Mix with a teaspoon. At first it may seem that there is a lot of powder, but it is not. Just mix slowly until the mass becomes homogeneous.
4. My strawberries, remove the stems. Cut the berries into cubes.
5. Blueberries are washed, lightly dried with paper towels.
6. We put the halves of a banana in a plate, pour them with Greek yogurt with protein. Sprinkle the dessert with strawberries, blueberries, chocolate drops.
Can also be sprinkled with a small amount of granola. If there is no granola, you can cook it yourself, and then use it to prepare various dishes. Basically, granola contains three main components - these are oat flakes, nuts and honey. These ingredients are combined in one bowl, and then baked in the oven at 120 degrees for half an hour. If desired, the finished granola can be crushed in a blender, then sprinkle it on desserts or serve with milk as a main course for breakfast.
