Cooking method
1. Apples are washed, peeled, cut into cubes without affecting the core with seeds. We put it in the bowl of a blender.
2. Peel the banana, cut it arbitrarily. Aronia berries are mine. We send banana and aronia to the apples.
3. Add liquid honey to the fruits and berries, a pinch of cinnamon, pour water, beat until smooth.
We serve on the table in glasses, if desired, you can decorate with aronia berries and a cinnamon stick.
