Cooking method
1. Pour flax seed into a bowl, fill with water. To make porridge for breakfast, we leave the seed to swell all night (you can leave it for 2 hours, but in the morning there is usually no time to do this, so I soak it in the evening).
2. Peel the banana, put it in a blender bowl together with the swollen flaxseed, chop it.
3. We regulate the consistency of porridge with clean drinking water (I like not thick porridge, and I always dilute it a little with water, otherwise you don't need to add water).
That's it! A wonderful breakfast for raw foodists (and not only;) is ready!
