Step-by-step cooking
Wash the liver, remove the films and ducts, pour milk, let stand for 1 hour.
Chop the onion, fry in vegetable oil, add the grated carrots on a medium grater, stew until the carrots are soft. (carrots are for an amateur, you can not put it down, but I like it gives a sweet taste)
Fry the liver in vegetable oil for 5-7 minutes until tender, add salt, pepper, stir with frying, twist twice through a meat grinder (so that the pate is more tender to rub through a sieve) and mix with softened butter. The mass is divided into lots.
2 option:
mix the mashed mass with only 1 pack of oil, smear it on cling film, put it in the refrigerator to freeze slightly, then lubricate with softened sl. oil of the second pack and roll up the roll, put it in the cold to freeze.
