Step-by-step cooking

Cooking time: 1 h
  1. Step 1:

    Step 1.

Prepare the products specified in the ingredients. I learned about how to fry natural chopped pork schnitzel after watching a cooking program. I was immediately interested in the recipe, so I did not hesitate to implement it.

  2. Step 2:

    Step 2.

Since we are still cooking chopped schnitzel, the meat for minced meat should not be scrolled through a meat grinder, but cut into small pieces. That is, chop it up. To make the food more delicious, it is better to take veal and pork mixed in equal proportions. To begin with, cut the meat into slices of medium thickness.

  3. Step 3:

    Step 3.

Then cut it into small pieces with a sharp knife. It is better if the meat is slightly frozen - so it will be easier to cut.

  4. Step 4:

    Step 4.

Peel and chop the onion - cut as small as possible.

  5. Step 5:

    Step 5.

Fill the bread crumb (without crusts) in a bowl with water or milk and leave for a few minutes so that it swells. Before adding it to the minced meat, you will need to squeeze it out slightly so that the minced meat does not turn out too watery.

  6. Step 6:

    Step 6.

We drive an egg into the chopped meat, add chopped onion and bread crumb. Salt, put different spices, which you like best. And mix everything thoroughly. The finished minced meat can be beaten off on the table - I personally always do this when I cook cutlets from it.

  7. Step 7:

    Step 7.

Now we make schnitzels (cutlets) from chopped meat and roll each one in flour or breadcrumbs.

  8. Step 8:

    Step 8.

Pour vegetable oil into the pan, warm it up and lay out the blanks. Fry on one side over moderate heat until half cooked and golden brown - this is about 7 minutes.

  9. Step 9:

    Step 9.

Turn the schnitzels to the other side and fry until cooked - this is about 7 more minutes. We use all the minced meat. Ready-made schnitzels can be put on a paper towel to remove excess fat from them.

  10. Step 10:

    Step 10.

You can additionally prepare gravy for them, which you can pour over the side dish - then it will generally turn out even tastier.

It is good to serve a variety of side dishes to such schnitzels, even cereal, even vegetable. You can have pasta or mashed potatoes. And also some salad will fit them!
