Chicken fillet cut in portions, I like finely chopped, it seems to me so much tastier, but the choice is yours.
Finely chop the onion. Put sour cream, mayonnaise, salt, spices in the water, stir well, put on fire and boil for 3-5 minutes.
Now we put the fillet, onion, stir, let it boil and put it on a slow fire for exactly 20 minutes. Now we taste it, if necessary, add salt, pepper, spices and finely chopped garlic, cook for another 10 minutes.
Turn everything off, it's done.
