Cooking method
You will need yeast dough. Let's prepare a sourdough to begin with: mix 3 tbsp. l of flour with yeast and a tablespoon of sugar, dilute with warm milk. In a warm place, the sourdough will grow up.
Rub the granulated sugar with eggs and yolks, lay out the finished sourdough, squeeze out the juice from the lemon, add the grated zest from it, pour warm milk, a glass of vodka and pour in the remaining flour. Softened warm oil is introduced at the very end of kneading the dough.
Sprinkle the dough with flour, cover with a cloth and leave to rise.
When the dough rises enough, roll it out, cut out a cup of mug and put a teaspoon of condensed milk in the middle. We give the product the shape of a donut and fry it in hot oil.
Ready-made doughnuts with condensed milk are sprinkled with powdered sugar.
