Step-by-step cooking
We cook ordinary semolina porridge with milk mixed with half a cup of sugar and salt. It will take us about fifteen minutes, no more. As soon as the porridge thickens, we remove it from the fire and let it cool down. Separate the yolks from the whites. Pour the second part of the sugar into the yolks and whisk until white. Whisk the proteins into a strong foam separately. First, we mix the proteins into the porridge, then carefully introduce the whipped proteins. Gently mix. The bottom of the prepared mold is coated with oil and sprinkled with crushed breadcrumbs. Pour our porridge into it, level the surface, smear it with sour cream and put it in the oven at 170 degrees. Here our semolina pudding will last no more than twenty minutes.
