Cooking method
Sorbet (or sorbet) is an ancient widespread type of soft drinks of Arabic cuisine. Sherbet is made from fruit juices with sugar, to which all sorts of spices and ice cream are added. To prepare this strawberry drink, we first thoroughly wash the berries or fruits (in this case strawberries), squeeze the juice out of them, filter the squeezed juice through a gauze or strainer and leave it to infuse for a while. Then pour granulated sugar into the juice and mix well (you can use a blender, mixer or broom). Pour water into a saucepan and put it on the stove. As soon as the water boils, remove the pan of water from the stove and cool it. Add the juice to the warm boiled water and mix. After that, we put it on low heat again, bring it to a boil and boil for 1-2 minutes, stirring continuously. Now the sherbet should be cooled. To do this, put the sorbet in the refrigerator for 5-6 hours. This type of soft drink can be served with any meal. My kids love sherbet more than packaged juices. Therefore, starting from May to November, we always have sorbet in the refrigerator. Cold strawberry sorbet is exactly what you need in summer in hot countries. Try it and you. I am sure you will be satisfied. Enjoy your meal!
