Step-by-step cooking
Wonderful delicate pudding recipe, perfect for baby food. This is not a festive dish, but, let's say, a weekday dish. You can cook it almost every day – such food is extremely useful for children, because it contains all the "baby" products: milk, semolina, cocoa and sugar.
To begin with, we just boil, as we usually do for our beloved child, semolina porridge. If you take a small semolina, the pudding will come out more airy, keep in mind. Next, we remove the finished porridge under the lid from the stove, put it, for example, on the sofa and wrap it on all sides with a warm blanket. We keep it like this for half an hour. Then add butter and a pinch of vanilla to the porridge and beat it well with a mixer at high speed. We should get an air cream. Grains of semolina in this should not even be visible. Divide the resulting mixture into two equal parts, in one of which we add cocoa. Mix well. At the bottom of the form, lined with parchment paper, we spread a white mass, and carefully add a dark one to it. We put the form in the refrigerator for three hours.
