Step 1:

Step 2:
In a glass of warm milk heated to 36 degrees (the temperature can be determined with a clean finger, it should be comfortable), pour dry yeast, stir the mixture so that the dry yeast dissolves. Some housewives immediately put dry yeast in a bowl with dry ingredients, but I believe that yeast is activated faster after dissolving them in a warm environment.
Step 3:
Pour the milk-yeast mixture into a bowl with dry ingredients and mix thoroughly with a spatula until the dough begins to gather into a homogeneous mass.
Step 4:
When the mass becomes more homogeneous, the flour will absorb all the liquid, pour olive oil into the bowl. We start mixing the ingredients again, mix the butter into the dough first with a spoon, then with our hands, until the dough becomes the desired consistency: elastic and smooth, ceases to remain on the palms.
