Cooking method
1. Wash the chicken thighs, dry them so that they are not too wet.
2. Mix the dry seasonings: ginger, salt, ground black pepper. You can add more seasonings to your taste - spices or aromatic herbs. Dried ginger can be replaced with fresh, grating it on a fine grater.
3. Squeeze the juice out of the orange, pour it over the thighs, which you need to put in a suitable container in advance.
4. Peel the garlic. Squeeze through a press, rub the meat with it.
5. Now rub the chicken thighs on all sides with a mixture of seasonings.
6. Leave the meat to marinate for at least an hour, but if you don't have time, you can do without this step.
7. Time has passed - put the thighs in a bag, pour marinade over them, inflate the bag slightly (it is better that it does not come into contact with the chicken from above) and tie it (if the clips included are not suitable for use in a microwave oven, you can simply tie the bag with threads). Also, puncture the package in several places so that it does not burst during cooking.
8. Put the bag on a dish, preferably with sides, and not completely flat. Of course, the dishes should be designed for the microwave.
9. Put the dish in the microwave, the power is the highest, the time is 15 minutes. After this time, check the meat for readiness - when punctured, transparent juice will flow out of it. If necessary, increase the time by another 5-10 minutes.
10. The thighs are ready - let them stand for another 10 minutes in the oven.
11. Take out the dish, cut the package. Carefully remove the finished thighs from it. Serve them to the table hot with your favorite side dish, vegetables, herbs.
Bon appetit!
