Cooking method
Prepare all the necessary products. Peel, wash and dry the vegetables. Also wash and dry the beef with paper towels.
Cut the meat into medium pieces. If necessary, the meat can be beaten off a little. Cut onion into half rings or cubes, carrot cubes, pepper strips. It is not necessary to cut too finely, because the vegetables will later collapse together with the meat and, if they are finely cut, it simply dissolves. Finely chop the garlic, garlic can also be passed through a garlic chopper.
Heat 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a deep frying pan.
Add the meat and fry on all sides until golden brown over high heat. Then add salt and spices. Spices can be changed according to your own taste. Fry for another minute, stirring continuously.
Pour in 200 ml of water and bring everything to a boil. Then reduce the heat to medium, cover and simmer for about 30 minutes.
If you use meat on a bone, for example, ribs, then you will have to stew for a longer time - about one hour. It tastes better if the meat is practically moving away from the bone.
During the stewing of meat and vegetables, we will do noodles.
Boil water in a large saucepan. There should be a lot of water. After boiling the water, add 1 tablespoon of salt (so that the noodles would later not be fresh).
We believe the noodles as stated in the instructions, but for a couple of minutes less.
Then discard the noodles in a colander, rinse under running water.
Add noodles to the pan with stewed meat and vegetables. Mix everything thoroughly, taste for salt. If necessary, add salt or add a little more spices. But try to keep the taste of meat and vegetables.
Simmer for a few more minutes until the noodles are fully cooked.
To serve, first spread the noodles with the resulting sauce on plates, spread the beef and vegetables on the noodles.
Decorate everything with greenery. Enjoy your meal.
