Incomparably delicious Ukrainian snack. It looks special on the table. Delicious. Once upon a time, on the way to the dacha, we bought such fat at the roadside market. Then they found out the recipe and began to make this delicious snack themselves - onion roll from lard.

Take a brisket with streaks of meat.
Add salt, pepper, and sprinkle liberally with hops-suneli seasoning.
Twist the brisket and tie the roll with threads.
Put the peeled garlic and chili pepper in a bucket or a large saucepan.
Lay out the onion husks.
Add the peppercorns and bay leaf.
Pour out the salt and fill everything with water at the rate of 100 grams of salt per 1 liter of water.
Put the pan on the fire and, after boiling, cook the fat under the lid slightly open on low heat for two hours.
Remove the pan from the heat, put it on the balcony or just in a cool place and, without removing the lid, leave for 12 hours.
After the time has elapsed, get ready-made rolls.
Store the snack in the refrigerator.
