Prepare a sterile container, pour a little sugar on its bottom, then spread some of the cones in one layer. We fill the cones with sugar and thus fill the container, pouring each layer of cones with sugar.

Cover the container with a clean piece of cloth, leave it at room temperature for three weeks. During this time, the cones will release juice, which, when interacting with sugar, forms syrup. There will be a little syrup at once, but every day its amount should increase.

Pour the honey into a dry glass jar and store it in the refrigerator.

Such honey can be added to tea or eaten just like that.
