Vitamin salad with escarole

Cooking method
1. My apple, cut out the core with seeds, cut into cubes.
2. Peel carrots and celery, also cut into small cubes.
3. Peel the radish, cut into cubes in proportion to the rest of the ingredients. 
4. Radicchio, lettuce leaves and escarole are washed, dried, crushed with a knife.
5. Peel the shallots, cut them arbitrarily, put them in a blender bowl.
6. Pour vinegar and olive oil into a bowl with onions, add honey, Dijon mustard, salt, pepper, and whisk until smooth.
7. In the salad bowl, put the apple, carrot, celery, radish, as well as radicchio, lettuce and escarole, pour the prepared dressing, mix.
Serve immediately.
