Rutabaga salad

The apple for the recipe should be chosen sweet and sour, so that the taste is as harmonious as possible. The dressing of mustard and brown sugar makes the dish spicy and adds its "zest" to it. You can take not only sunflower oil, but any vegetable oil, most importantly, it should be odorless.

1. Turnips are washed, peeled, grated on a vegetable grater, using a nozzle for thin straws.

2. My apple, peel, cut out the core with seeds, rub the pulp on a grater with the same nozzle.

3. Pour mustard seeds into a mortar, rub with a pestle, add brown sugar and pour vinegar here, mix thoroughly.

4. We put the rutabaga and apple in a salad bowl, pour sunflower oil, salt to taste, then fill with prepared mustard sauce, mix.

That's all, the salad is ready to be served on the table, if desired, it can be decorated with fresh herbs.
