Cooking method
Cooking teriyaki sauce:
1. Heat a small saucepan over medium heat, pour soy sauce into it.
2. Add dried ginger and garlic.
3. Pour cane sugar, pour vegetable oil and honey.
4. Pour in the rice vinegar.
5. Warm up the mixture for 5-6 minutes (do not bring to a boil).
6. Dilute the starch in cold water and pour it in a thin stream into a saucepan, stirring constantly. When the mixture thickens, the sauce is ready. Try the finished sauce and add sugar if necessary.
Now the next stage of cooking this dish:
1. Cut the beef into thin slices.
2. Peel the bell pepper from the seeds and cut it into thin slices.
3. Leek should be cut into circles.
4. Boil Udon noodles in salted water. Cook it on moderate heat for 4-5 minutes, then throw it into a colander and rinse with cold water.
5. Heat a wok frying pan with olive oil, put the beef in it and fry, stirring constantly, for 3 minutes (heating is strong).
6. Add Bulgarian pepper, fry everything together, stirring, for half a minute.
7. Put the leeks, fry for another half a minute.
8. Lay out the noodles, pour all the teriyaki sauce, stir and simmer on the stove for another 1 minute.
