1. Sift some of the flour into a bowl.
2. Add salt, sugar, soda and kefir and mix.
3. Gradually adding flour, knead the dough - first with a fork.
4. When the dough becomes quite thick, add a little oil on your hand and mix the oil into the dough. Do not overdo it with flour - the dough should be soft and not stick to your hands.
5. Let the dough rest under the film in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours, and you can bake pies.
Have fun!
PS Such dough does not need to be kneaded for a long time, like yeast. Mixed everything together, and that's enough.
