Step 1:
Put yeast and sugar in a dough bowl. You can take both brown and white sugar, whichever you like.
Step 2:
Pour the yeast and sugar with warm water.
Step 3:
Stir the water, sugar and yeast until smooth.
Step 4:
Sift a little flour from the measured amount into a bowl and stir. The sourdough should turn out to be as thick as the dough for pancakes. Cover the dough and put it in the heat for 30-40 minutes.
Step 5:
The sourdough is ready when it starts to fail in the center. Add butter and salt to the sourdough.
Step 6:
Sift the flour to the dough in portions and knead the dough. First in a bowl, and then on the table.
Step 7:
When the dough is soft and smooth, return it to the bowl and cover.
Step 8:
Leave the dough in the heat to come up for 1 hour.
Step 9:
When the dough has come up, it needs to be kneaded - and you can start modeling pies.
