Step 1:
This snack is prepared very simply in the presence of a microwave oven. We disassemble the cabbage into inflorescences, put it in a container with a lid.
Step 2:
For the marinade, mix salt, honey, vinegar, herbs, crushed garlic and spices (dry basil, dry parsley, a pinch of oregano) with water.
Step 3:
Stir until the salt dissolves.
Step 4:
Pour the cabbage with COLD MARINADE, so that it is slightly covered, cover with a lid. I also put a few sprigs of dill.
Step 5:
Put in the microwave at 700 watts for four minutes.
Step 6:
After that, gently mix and put on for another three minutes at the same power. Then shake slightly so that the marinade is evenly distributed, and leave the cabbage in the microwave (turned off) until completely cooled. After that, you can put it in the refrigerator, or you can try it right away!
Step 7:
That's it! The cabbage is ready! It is very convenient to make in the morning - by the evening you will have a wonderful snack. The cabbage turns out to be crispy, spicy, sweet and sour. If you put the hot pepper in a dark red color, then the cabbage will get a pinkish tinge.
