Add vanilla sugar and granulated sugar to the cottage cheese to taste, mix.
Gradually pouring in milk or cream, carefully beat the cottage cheese with a whisk to get an airy, but quite dense cream.
Grind a little chocolate on a grater, melt the rest and dip strawberries in it. Also, to apply chocolate to strawberries, you can use a culinary brush.
Cut 3-4 strawberries into 4 parts and put them in cremans, put cottage cheese cream on top.
Decorate dessert with crushed chocolate. You can also introduce chocolate into the curd mass immediately when whipping.
