Soak the beans for 8-12 hours.
Pour water into a saucepan, pour out the beans, put tomatoes, potatoes and a head of garlic peeled from the top husk.
Cook the beans for 40 minutes on low heat.
10 minutes before the end of cooking, put bay leaf, rosemary, celery, tied with a thread in a saucepan.
At the end of cooking, remove and discard the seasonings.
Remove potatoes, tomatoes and garlic.
Drain 3/4 of the water from the beans.
Peel tomatoes.
Peel the garlic.
Mash potatoes, tomatoes and garlic with a fork.
Add olive oil and vinegar. Add salt and pepper. Mix everything and put the puree in a saucepan.
Stir the contents of the pan.
Put on a dish and decorate with finely chopped dill.
