Step-by-step cooking
Put the dough circles on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, make several pricks on the circles with a fork.
Wash the apples, cut in half, then remove the seeds, cut into thin slices (if the apples get very dark, then they need to be dipped in water with lemon juice for a few minutes - for aesthetics).
Put the finished apple slices in a circle on the dough, put a small piece of butter on top.
Sprinkle the blanks with granulated sugar, cinnamon, put raisins (optional), raspberries (preferably). Put in a preheated 200 degree oven for 30 minutes.
Decorate ready-made "roses" with powdered sugar.
