Grind sour cream with sugar.
Add melted butter and sifted flour.
Divide the resulting dough into 5-6 parts and roll into balls.
Roll out each ball into the thinnest cake, give it the desired shape.
Save the extra dough.
Bake the cakes in a preheated oven, piercing them with a fork.
We also bake the dough trimmings.
Mix cottage cheese with powdered sugar.
Smear the first cake with a layer of cottage cheese cream. The second one is jam, the others are curd cream.
Cover the last cake with an even layer of jam.
Lubricate the sides of the cake with the remains of cottage cheese cream and sprinkle with shavings from scraps of dough.
