Wash the meat, cut into slices like chops
Beat off, season with salt and pepper.
Fry a little in vegetable oil. Put the meat on a plate, fry the onion, cut into half rings, on the remaining fat.
Put the chops on a baking sheet covered with foil.
Put chopped garlic, fried onions, sliced champignons, a little mayonnaise, tomato slices on top of each chop. Add salt, sprinkle with Italian herbs.
Bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
Sprinkle the finished chops with fresh herbs.
