Step-by-step cooking
Pour boiling water poppy, insist for about 30-40 minutes, then crush in a blender (you can use a mortar). But before that, the poppy needs to be filtered through a strainer.
Sift flour, pour powdered sugar, ground almonds, vegetable oil, put the pulp of a baked apple. Knead the dough and put it in the refrigerator.
Preparing the filling. Combine poppy seeds, sugar, lemon juice with soy milk. Divide the dough into several parts - according to the number of molds. We put it in molds, forming the sides.
We put poppy seed filling on top of the dough, sliced apples on it. Lubricate with lemon juice.
Bake for 20-25 minutes at 190 degrees.
