Put mussels in a saucepan without defrosting, pour water, put salt and bring to a boil, boil for 1 minute, we throw it into a colander.

Divide the lemon into two parts, cut one part into quarters.

We put the mussels in a bowl or any dish convenient for you, pour half a lemon, mix with salt, spices, parsley and vegetable oil and lemon quarters.

Let it brew for at least two hours. The longer the mussels are marinated, the tastier it will be! Bon appetit!
