Chocolate Potato cake

Cooking method
1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and grease the cake molds.
2. Mix potatoes and water in a small bowl. It's okay if there are small lumps of potatoes left.
3. In another bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, soda, salt and instant coffee.
4. In the third bowl, mix sugar and 3/4 cup butter with a hand mixer for 30 seconds at low speed. Add vanilla extract and apple sauce, continue mixing for another 15 seconds.
5. Increase the speed of the mixer to medium and slowly start adding dry ingredients and potato water, taking a short break between additions to mix well.
6. Add vinegar and fill two cake pans with the mixture. The mixture will be thick, so use a spoon to better distribute the mass.
7. Bake for 20 minutes until the toothpick comes out clean.
8. After the chocolate-potato cake has completely cooled down, make the cream by mixing the powder, remaining butter and jam with a hand mixer at medium speed. Cover the cake with cream.
