A very tasty flatbread that will earn a lasting spot on your menu! Qutab (also spelled kutab) is a dish somewhat like chebureki — a thin dough turnover with various fillings, pan-fried in oil on both sides. The filling can be anything: meat, herbs, cheese, vegetables.

Cooking method
- Knead the dough from the listed ingredients. Cover with a towel for 15–20 minutes. Form balls of 40–50 g and roll them out into thin rounds. Place the filling on one half of the round, fold the other half over it, and pinch the edges closed. Qutab should be flat, so press them gently with your hands. For the filling: any fresh chopped herbs — parsley, dill, cilantro — plus spinach, crumbled Adyghe cheese, salt, and pepper. After frying the herb qutab in vegetable oil, brush them with butter, like pancakes.
