This culinary recipe came to us from Ukrainian cuisine. Dumplings with garlic are prepared from yeast lean dough.
To prepare yeast lean dough, we dilute yeast in warm water, add salt, sugar and 100 g of flour to them. We leave the covered sourdough in a warm place so that it fits.
