Cooking method
Our dough will be steep and will consist of sifted flour, water and a pinch of salt. Knead the dough, sprinkle with flour and leave for half an hour.
The second component is the filling. Sharp cheese is grated on a fine grater, mixed with sour cream and ground pepper. Boil the potatoes and puree them. Mix the mashed potatoes and cheese mixture.
Take the settled dough and pinch off pieces of dough, roll balls out of it. Each time we mash, or roll out, put the filling in the center and make "bags".
I fried potato balls in a heated frying pan with vegetable oil until they turn brown.
Let the excess fat drain off on a napkin or paper towel and serve with sour cream until cool.
