Take a fresh pumpkin. Peel it from the skin and remove the seeds. Then cut it into small cubes. Put them in a saucepan and pour hot milk over them. While the pumpkin is soaked, we will take care of other vegetables and minced meat. Peel the onions and carrots. Cut them into small cubes. Take a frying pan and heat vegetable oil on it. First, save the onion on it, then add the carrots. After the tomatoes, peel them from the skin and cut into pieces. Last of all, add minced meat to the vegetables. Mix everything and fry a little. After ten minutes, add salt and pepper to taste. Suppress the garlic. Remove the pumpkin from the milk, dry and mix with the meat. Transfer everything to the baking dish. Cover tightly with foil and place in the oven. Bake at a temperature of 180 degrees for about one hour. Five minutes before the end, remove the foil and put the pumpkin and meat back in the oven.
