There is in my arsenal a culinary recipe for such food as ryapushka in Karelian. Now I will share with you the culinary recipe of this simple, and, most importantly, delicious and satisfying dish. So, to begin with, we take one kilogram of grouse (it's better if it's fresh, not frozen fish), clean it, gut it, cut off the head, rinse it thoroughly. After that, we shift part of the prepared fish in an even layer into a deep heated baking sheet, at the bottom of which there are already bay leaves, black pepper or ground pepper, salt. Then sprinkle the fish with salt and pepper again, put the onion on top, cut into thin rings, and potatoes cut into thin plates on it. Then pour the whole mass with sour cream. So we continue to lay out all the ingredients in layers until the baking sheet is completely filled. Usually 2-3 layers are obtained. After that, place the baking sheet in a preheated 180 degree oven for about 40 minutes. After this time, we transfer the fish to a dish and serve it hot to the table.
