Cooking method

Cooking time: 1 h
Grind oat flakes and cereals with a coffee grinder (can be replaced with oat flour).
Grate apple, carrot, dates on a fine grater.

Lightly beat the protein with yogurt and add to the bowl to the dry ingredients.
Put the vegetable and fruit mixture, a pinch of salt and the juice of half a lemon in the same place.

Mix everything thoroughly and put it on a baking sheet or with baking paper, or oiled and sprinkled with flour.
Put it in the oven and bake until a pleasant golden color forms.
After the cake cool, divide into 4 parts and soak with cream. This is a Fitness cake!
