Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
To prepare the dough, all products must be at room temperature. Combine sour cream and mayonnaise in a bowl.
Step 2:
Add chicken eggs to the bowl. Mix the whole mass until smooth.
Step 3:
Sift the flour through a sieve.
Step 4:
Pour the sifted flour, baking soda and a little salt into the dough. Do not add all the flour at once. If necessary, then you can add another 1-2 tablespoons of flour.
Step 5:
Knead a little thick, homogeneous dough. Adjust the flour level yourself. The dough should turn out like thick sour cream. From this dough, you can cook a pie with any filling. When pouring the pie, pour 2/3 of the dough into a baking dish, put any filling and pour the remaining dough on top. Just make sure that the filling is not too wet.
Step 6:
I used this dough for a pie with stewed cabbage and meat. If you are preparing a pie with unsweetened filling, then sprinkle the top with sesame seeds. Cook with pleasure!
If you do not know how to cook or do not like to mess with the preparation of a complex dough, then you will certainly like the version of the pie on the aspic dough.
The dough for the pie, cooked on sour cream with mayonnaise, is soft and delicious when ready, and resembles a pastry in consistency. Therefore, any pie on such a dough will be very tender and delicious.
Using mayonnaise in the dough is desirable, but if. for some reason, its use is impossible, then instead of mayonnaise, you can add melted butter.
There are a great many options for fillings for aspic pie. These are pies with chicken, fish, meat, cabbage, mushrooms, cheese. Also, aspic pies can be sweet - one of these pies is a charlotte with apples. But in this case, it will be necessary to add a little sugar to the dough instead of salt.
And you can cook such a pie on a filling dough both in the oven and in a slow cooker.
Show a little imagination and every time there will be a new pie on your table!
