Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Pour the heavy cream into the whipping bowl. The fat content should be at least 33%, otherwise they will not climb. Turn the mixer on medium speed and gradually add powdered sugar. Let it beat a little at medium speed so that the powdered sugar dissolves. Then turn on the mixer at full power. Whisk the cream to a stable, fluffy mass.
Step 2:
Then take the required amount of creamy cottage cheese. The cheese should be at room temperature so that it evenly interferes with the mass. Therefore, take it out of the refrigerator in advance.
Step 3:
Mix it into the mass of whipped cream. At the same time, the mixer must first work at medium speed so that the cheese interferes with the cream, and then you can turn it on faster.
Step 4:
Prepare the cupcakes that you will decorate with cream.
Step 5:
Insert the necessary nozzle into the pastry bag and fill it with the finished cream.
Step 6:
Carefully decorate the cupcakes, making a beautiful cream cap.
Step 7:
So decorate all the available cupcakes. This amount of cream is enough for 18-22 cupcakes. Put the finished cupcakes in the refrigerator for a couple of hours so that the cream freezes a little. Have a nice tea party!
I really like sweet pastries. And especially easy-to-prepare sponge cakes. But they must be decorated with a delicious and elegant cream.
Cupcakes can be both large and small. Round and rectangular. They can be made in separate paper molds. But they all require decoration. And the main thing in this is a properly selected cream.
Portioned cupcakes with stuffing inside and a cap of cream are called cupcakes and look like mini cakes. These cakes will be a great addition to a family tea party. They are very convenient to prepare for a children's holiday. Or you can pack it in a beautiful package and make a wonderful gift for a loved one.
