Step 1:
I offer you a recipe in which I will tell you how to cook apple cider vinegar at home. You will be able to make it with your own hands, the main thing is to follow the instructions clearly. So, we take apples, water and sugar in the specified amount.
Step 2:
Mature apples (very mature, including carrion) are suitable for making apple cider vinegar. Apples are well washed.
Step 3:
Then finely chop them into pieces of arbitrary shape.
Step 4:
Put the crushed apples in a saucepan (any, except aluminum).
Step 5:
Add 50 g of sugar per 1 kg, if the apples are sour, add 100 g.
Step 6:
Fill the apples with hot water at a temperature of 70C so that it exceeds the level of apples by 4-5 cm .
Step 7:
Put the pan in a warm place, while mixing the mass twice daily.
Step 8:
After two weeks, filter the mass through a colander.
Step 9:
Then filter through gauze folded in 2-3 layers.
Step 10:
Pour the resulting liquid into a large fermentation tank, while not topping it up 7-8 cm from the top (since at this time the liquid will rise).
Step 11:
We put the pan back in a dark warm place for two weeks.
Step 12:
Filter again.
Step 13:
Vinegar is ready.

Pour without shaking the vinegar into the bottles, without adding 1-2 cm from the top of the neck, and keeping the sediment at the bottom of the bottle. If the sediment irritates you, strain it after a couple of days and seal it tightly, store it in a dark place at room temperature.
